• BRUSHING HAIR CAN MAKE HAIR FALL OUT MORE QUICKLY
If you dream of running a brush through your hair without excess hair being left behind, you’re not alone. Hail fall is a regular issue for many women, but as most people don’t like to talk about it, the solution is not always obvious.
Hair brushing can cause you to lose hair that was ready to fall anyway, but will not increase the likelihood of hair fall or a hair fall condition. If your hair is knotted or tangled, start at the bottom when hair brushing, so that you don’t put undue pressure on the hair shaft, and don’t brush hair when it’s wet, when it’s most vulnerable to damage. There is no need to walk around with un-brushed hair for fear of hair fall; normal daily hair brushing will not accelerate hair fall from the scalp.
